*Would love to have a beautiful, reflective post about my injury…but I’m just not there yet. Continued prayers for quick healing are much appreciated.* Last Monday I woke up and wasn’t feeling the whole “mommy thing”. We had just come home from a weekend trip. I LOVE this! What a great way to turn around a blah day. I’m going to share with all of my mommy friends who still have kids they can carry up the stairs!
I’m almost to the point where mine could carry me. Praying for your healing in that stress fracture!-

Really great idea! Homeschool lesson for sure
On really bad days, I make everyone go back to bed and we all fake sleep until I come “wake them up” so we can start the day over. If all else fails, movie, popcorn, playground trip.-

Hiding His Word {replacing “me” with “He” series}
This series {replacing “me” with “He“} would be incomplete without focusing on the importance of memorizing Scripture. Remember this is not a religious activity to make you a better Christian. It is for your benefit. When I am left to myself and my thoughts I spiral downward. The lies that I dwell on consume me. I am hopeless, frustrated, defeated. I lash ...

Learn His Word: July
How did you do with your family learning our June verse? (“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”) If you didn’t get a chance to memorize it, try working on it this week and start the July verse next week. In training our children to be peacemakers and reduce conflict with their siblings ...

Whole Generation
“After that whole generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation grew up, who knew neither the Lord nor what He had done for Israel.” Judges 2:10 Did you catch that? An entire generation grew up who did not know the Lord or what He had done for them? How does that happen? Hadn’t God commanded them: “These commandments that I give you today are ...
